Membership Levels & Dues

ADISA offers five membership categories: Sponsor, Affiliate, Associate and Managing Broker-Dealer, based on your role in the alternative and direct investments industry.

Some individuals may qualify for membership in more than one category – please choose the category that best represents your intended business purpose as a member of ADISA.

    Sponsor Membership

    Sponsor Company Firm: $7,500
    Sponsor Individual: $1,250

    Firms and individuals engaged in the issuance, sale and/or management of alternative investment securities

    • Unlimited company representatives are included with membership (e.g. employees, partners or principals of the sponsor firm); maximum of three voting members
    • Eligible for discounted exhibit/sponsorship at ADISA and TNDDA events

    Affiliate Membership

    Affiliate Company Firm: $3,500
    Affiliate Individual: $1,250

    Firms and individuals providing professional, consulting or other services to the real estate and alternative investments industry, such as general real estate companies, law firms, lenders, consultants, appraisal firms, real estate brokerage firms, due diligence firms, qualified intermediaries, third-party distributors, transfer agents and securities platforms, marketing firms and other related services

    • Unlimited representatives are included with a company membership (e.g. employees, partners or principals of the affiliate company); maximum of three voting members
    • Eligible for discounted exhibit/sponsorship and ADISA and TNDDA events 

    Associate Membership

    An independent broker-dealer, registered investment advisor (RIA) or family office firm that has the ability and primary purpose to directly execute selling agreements with and raise capital for programs of non-affiliated sponsor firms on behalf of producing registered representatives and investment advisory representatives

    —OR—

    A registered representative, IAR or financial advisor whose primary business is in retail sales to investors

    • ADISA provides complimentary membership for all retail broker-dealers and RIA firms. In addition, their reps/IARs holding active FINRA/NASD Series 1, 7, 22 or 65 licenses in good standing also receive complimentary membership.
    • Family Office membership is $1,000 which includes complimentary registration to events and applicable reimbursement to TNDDA events.

    Associate members (companies or individuals) who are also involved in an activity consistent with an Affiliate or Sponsor member category must also have a membership in the other appropriated category.

    Managing Broker-Dealer Membership

    Managing Broker-Dealer Company Firm: $5,000

    Firms that assist in the structuring, advising and sale of securities or programs by unaffiliated sponsor firms that are either registered as broker-dealers with the SEC and are members of FINRA or whose employees, officers and associated persons carry out the above-listed functions while being associated persons of another registered broker-dealer

    • Unlimited representatives are included with a company membership (e.g. employees, partners or principals of the MBD company); maximum of three voting members per firms
    • Eligible for discounted exhibit/sponsorship at ADISA and TNDDA events
