Board of Directors Election Process

The ADISA Board of Directors election occurs each fall.

The election is managed on a neutral third party’s secured website. To ensure the widest and fairest range of voters, no single organization is regularly entitled to more than three votes. Thus, if you are in a large company, your company may be well represented even though you personally may not receive an individual ballot unless you are one of the three voting members we have listed on file.

Please login to ADISA's User Portal (https://adisa.ps.membersuite.com/Login.aspx) to check and, if necessary, edit your firm's primary and voting members no later than Friday, Oct. 18. (You may do this under "Manage Organization Contacts.")

If you have problems logging into the Portal and/or changing your primary and voting members in the system, please contact Erin Balcerzak, ADISA's Director of Membership & Data Services.

Wednesday, Sept. 12 -- Nominations Open
Friday, Oct. 11 -- Nominations Close
Friday, Oct. 18 -- Deadline for changes made to company voting list
Tuesday, Nov. 5 -- Election Opens
Wednesday, Nov. 27 -- Election Closes
Thursday, Dec. 5 -- Election results announced via press release
