TNDDA by ADISA
TNDDA Background
The National Due Diligence Alliance, also known as TNDDA, was founded in 2003 as a non-profit (IRS 501c6) trade association to provide a premier forum for independent broker-dealers, advisors and family offices and alternative investment product and service sponsors, law firms and research analysts to facilitate the due diligence process for the benefit of the investing public.
In 2025, TNDDA was folded into ADISA to continue this important task of reviewing investment product--now as distinct events within ADISA, the nation's largest trade association dedicated to the retail alternative sector.
TNDDA Operations within ADISA
Beginning in 2025, TNDDA's events will be conducted as they have been in the past with their series of commercial presentations as the programming, and their informal sessions (Shop Talk roundtable and Closed-Door analysis sessions). ADISA's event management system will provide registration and meeting planner support. The participants will fall under ADISA's membership and governance structure (see ADISA Membership) and ADISA has a TNDDA Council to administer guidelines and policy.
