In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty regarding live events and travel in the upcoming weeks, ADISA has made the decision to postpone its 2020 Annual Conference & Trade show, which was scheduled for October 12-14, at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The rescheduled conference will be held February 10-12, 2021, again at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

ADISA's core focus is to provide unparalleled networking, education and advocacy to its membership, and we strive to provide the most valuable events for everyone in the alternative investments industry in a safe and protective environment. Our ability to deliver what our audience deserves, which is an exceptional event that provides great networking and education, with a well-balanced attendance, which represents all sponsors, service providers and funding sources, is what sets our conferences apart from other industry events. Given the circumstances created by COVID-19 and our uncertain ability to deliver the full ADISA 2020 Annual Conference & Trade Show experience, ADISA will not host a singular virtual event in its place as a substitute.

In short, we will move the 2020 Annual Conference & Trade Show to February of next year. Although we are not converting our Annual Conference to a virtual event, look for other smaller, educational-focused virtual events to be held throughout the remainder of 2020 as we continue with our important advocacy work, our new products/services directory for the industry, our publication of AIQ, a new website, and many other support activities for the industry.
ADISA will be hosting a virtual conference next week – Alts in the Time of COVID: What BDs/RIAs/Advisors Need to Know, August 18-20 – which is open to all members at a nominal cost of $20 (these funds will be donated to the ADISA Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity). ADISA, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Bureau are beyond optimistic that, come February 2021, the live event industry will be back and stronger than ever, and we will be able to deliver the latest information to speed the recovery.
